Dr. Rebarber is one of the four founders of Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates. He explains that they felt they could build a better medical practice that provided the best patient-focused care with world-class physicians, all using the highest level of technological equipment in a caring, supportive environment. The motivation for this was that “while working for a hospital system had its advantages from a professional point of view, there were disadvantages in the care that we could provide, given the competing interests of the hospital with other services, as well as its research and teaching mission,” said Dr. Rebarber.

Our Privademics™ model allows for high-quality, patient-centered care while continuing to provide teaching and research opportunities for the participating physicians, students, and residents from a national, leading medical school (Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital). Our medical staff consists of nationally-recognized opinion leaders in the field of women’s health, and we publish an extensive amount of clinical research that drives the front-line methodologies we employ in our approach to clinical care.

We have a blended team of providers on staff to assure that we can provide expert services to women throughout their reproductive lifetimes, regardless of their age or condition. Our staff consists of MFM specialists, general OBGYNs, Registered Dieticians, Registered Sonographers, and Genetic Counselors.
