Dr. Steven R. Inglis is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist.  His training consisted of medical school at New York Medical College, residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital, and fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical College.  He is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, Weill Cornell Medical College.  Dr. Inglis has extensive experience in the care of high-risk pregnancies and has initiated a variety of prenatal programs to improve pregnancy outcomes in New York City.  He has worked in numerous leadership positions around New York City.  In his roles as Chairman and Residency Program Director he sought to improve the training of the next generation of Ob/Gyn physicians.  His areas of expertise include patient safety, preterm birth, hypertensive disease, and diagnostic imaging.  He has authored many scientific articles and presented at national meetings.  He has served on the advisory and editorial boards of national scientific organizations, publications, and the New York City Department of Health to improve women’s health.
